General Return/Exchange Guidelines:
- Before sending any item back for exchange/return, kindly contact us at info@endogear.com.
- When return/exchange kindly send all the items shipped with product.
- Except for shipping time, return/exchange may take 2 weeks.
- Buyer will bear the shipping cost except for the defect.
Returns:
14 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only.
- Within 14 days of purchase, returns are accepted.
- In case of a return, the item must be unused and in the condition that received with the original packaging.
- For return, contact us at info@endogear.com. An original purchase receipt will be needed for this purpose.
- Buyer has to bear the shipment cost.
Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)
14 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only.
- Kindly contact us at info@endogear.com.
- Within 14 days of purchase, such products may be exchanged.
- Order No. and details about the defect (may include pictures) are needed to examine the complaint.
- Item will only be repaired/exchanged as needed if found defective in the manufacturing process.
- Delivery time of replacement may vary due to the distance where you live.
Damages during Shipment:
It is very important to check the shipment once you received. Damages during shipping must be reported within 05 days to Safety Zone International Inc.
If found damaged, mail us at info@endogear.com including the damage details and if possible send pictures also. This will helpful for us for sending shipments safely in the future.
Damages will be re-shipped.
Refunds:
- A notification email will be sent to the buyer, once we received and inspected the item.
- In the case of approval, a refund will be processed and credited to buyers Visa Card or instructed by the buyer within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@endogear.com.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they have any defect or damage. If you need to exchange it against the same item, send us an email at info@endogear.com
Shipping:
To return your product, please contact us at info@endogear.com.
For return/exchange, the buyer will be responsible for every shipment cost and these are non-refundable. Any amount paid for return/exchange by EndoGear® will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Kindly keep track of the shipment. We do not guarantee of receiving the item.
